Touchscreen not working after power outage

My X1 Yoga gen 3rd died after I used in outside freezing. The battery died completely and it crashed the hard disk as well. After I replaced both, touch screen does not work but stylus is half functioning. It doesn’t work near the bottom edge. I originally suspect the battery. But I used the UEFI diagnostic scan (F10) and it seems to be working fine. Hardware problems may be the cause. But I think it is more possible that I had a firmware update but didn’t have a reboot until the outage. When I go online, I just realized that zillions with Lenovo laptops have similar problems.
