I got water leaking downstair when I turned on the shower. The leak is quite slow and we didn’t aware of that because we still didn’t fix the dry board water damage from years before. We have American home shield and the plumber came and requested for drilling a hole at the beginning. It was lucky that I kind of recalled that there is something wrong with the sprout, and insisted to check that one first and the young guy (Shane) listened, while the old dude ignored me. Saved lots of headaches trying to fix a hole.
